Nikki Ingram
Board Chairperson
Nikki has over 15 years experience in the field of organisational change management. She has worked in a myriad of organisations and industries, across both the private and public sector. She is passionate about the importance of promoting and supporting men’s health and wellbeing.
Rangajeeva Wimalasena
Deputy Chairperson
Rangajeeva Wimalasena has more than 20 years extensive experience in the justice sector. He has served as a prosecutor, Magistrate, and Judge of the High Court in two commonwealth jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region. He is a strong advocate for the rights of socially marginalised groups
Matthew Malone
Board member
Matthew is an experienced policy and government relations professional. He currently holds a Principal policy development role. As Secretary of the MISA Board he works actively to support MISA’s vision of a society where men in need can access tailored support
Jamie Carnavon
Treasurer
Jamie joined the MISA board in September 2023 bringing his accounting, tax advisory, financial statement analysis and business management experience. As a Chartered Accountant Jamie is dedicated to financial excellence and also serves on three other boards showcasing his committment to giving back to community.
Bruce Waldron

Suzanne Shipp
Board member
Suzanne joined the board of MISA in 2023 volunteering her time to raise awareness of men’s health. Suzanne is passionate about MISA and what we do everyday to provide specialised counselling and support to men in need. Suzanne believes seeking help is a sign of courage and wants everyone to know that MISA is there to assist in challenging times.
Mick Bowles
Board Member
Mick Bowles is an experienced construction professional and Pre-Construction Manager at GFG, bringing strong commercial acumen in cost planning, design management, and project strategy. He is also pursuing PhD research on mental health and suicide in the construction industry, focusing on improving support structures. Passionate about mental well-being, Mick has contributed to initiatives like R U OK?’s tradies campaign and community fundraising events. As a MISA board member, he applies his leadership, strategic insight, and commercial expertise to support the organisation’s mission of fostering safe spaces for men’s mental health.
