Our team of experienced counsellors at MISA are available to help support men in their mental health journey.

With a client-centered, non-judgemental approach, they provide a safe space for exploration, reflection, personal growth, and individual empowerment.

We invite men of different backgrounds, ages, and situations to access our services to gain management of their situational crisis, and build new direction into their lives.

Our men’s workshop Transformation 24/7 guides men, equipping them with practical tools to foster emotional well-being.


With expert facilitators and a nurturing environment, participants gain valuable insights to navigate life’s challenges and cultivate lasting resilience.

The group provides an opportunity to improve a range of skills to manage emotions, identify triggers, and improve communication and relationships both personal and professional.
